POM Mobile users can set up additional safety features that can be triggered with a double click of the alert button.
Similar to "One Hold" functionality, the POM Mobile supports "Double Click" functionality, which allows additional safety features to be triggered with a double tap of the alert button on your POM Mobile.
Note: The same feature cannot be configured for "One Hold" and "Double Click".
To access the "Double Click" configuration, click on the hamburger menu on the top left of the POM Safe Enterprise mobile app home screen, then "POM Mobile", then "Alert Configuration".
From there, click on the "Double Click" configuration option, and you will have access to the following features:
