      "One Hold" Functionality

      POM users can configure additional safety features that can be triggered by holding the alert button

      There are a variety of features that can be configured via the POM Safe Enterprise app for either your POM 3 or POM Mobile device that are activated by pressing and holding the alert button until it vibrates.

      To configure these features, in the POM Safe Enterprise mobile app, from the home screen click on the hamburger menu on the top left, then your device, then "Alert Configurations".

      You'll then be given all the options to configure for "One Hold", and can switch between them using the blue toggles.

      Note: POM Mobile users will also see an option for "Double Click" setup. This is described in more detail in this article.
