An overview of the POM Mobile hardware
To help familiarize you with your POM Mobile device, here is a quick outline of how the buttons, switches, and indicators function.

LED Indicator
The LED indicator is multi-color and can indicate the following based on the color and state of the LED (and haptic motor where applicable):

| Power On | Green | Steady | Initial power on |
| Idle On | Green | Blink every ten seconds | Device is operational (good signal, healthy battery) |
| One Hold | Green | Solid - 2 Seconds | "One Hold" has been activated |
| Double Tap | Green | Solid - 2 seconds | "Double Click" has been activated |
| Triple Click | Green | Steady | "Triple Click" has been activated |
| Idle On | Yellow | Steady | Low signal strength |
| Idle On | Red | Steady and device vibrates | Less than 10% battery |
| Idle On | Red | Steady and soft power down | Less than 5% battery |
| Idle On | Purple | Steady | In firmware update mode |
| Charging | White | Steady | Charging but not fully charged |
| Charging | Green | Steady | Full charged with USB charger connected |
