Will the POM3 automatically power down when not being used?

How power saving features of POM 3 affect usage

The POM 3 requires a Bluetooth connection to your mobile device to be able to send alerts. If it is powered on and has an active connection to a mobile device, it will stay powered on in case it needs to be triggered. If it does not have an active Bluetooth connection, then it will power down after two hours of trying to connect to conserve battery life.
