User Profile

Fill out your profile in the POM Safe app to provide additional information to emergency dispatch

In the POM Safe Enterprise app, users have the ability to add extra information to their profile that can be helpful to your organization's security department and to responders in an emergency situation. This can be accessed through the menu on the top left of the home screen, then by selecting "My Profiles".


From here, you can add relevant information for your organization's security team like:

  • Email address
  • Department name
  • Employee ID

For dispatch and responders, additional information can be added like:

  • Date of Birth
  • Blood Type
  • Height
  • Weight
  • Medical conditions, allergies, or current medication
  • Any additional special circumstances
