Admins can quickly view safety reports form admin users in one place
POM Safe App users have the ability to post safety reports from the app to other users in their organization if they see something that they want to caution people about or feel is dangerous. Admins are able to view all these reports from the "Reports" tab in the admin portal.
In this view, they can get a quick summary view of the report content, type, and time of post. They can also download the summary using the arrow on the top left. By clicking on an individual report, they will have the option of seeing more detail or deleting the report.
If they choose to see more details, they will zoom in to see the location details of the report as well as any additional profile information provided by the user in the mobile app.
