Situations may arise where you need to re-assign a POM Mobile device from one user to another (employee leaves, student graduates, etc). Use the instructions below to successfully reassign a device to a new user.
- From the admin portal, select "Devices" in the menu.
- Click on the device that is to be reassigned, and select "Remove Device from Subscription".
- From the Admin portal, select "POM Users" in the menu.
- Click on the User that is to be deactivated and select "Remove User from Subscription".
- Success! The user has been removed and the device is now ready to be reassigned to another user.
