Profile in Admin Software

An overview of the information stored in the user profile in the admin software

By clicking on the initial on the top right of any admin software screen and choosing the "My Profile" option. From there, you'll see some information specific to your user profile as well as some setting preferences for the admin portal.

The email address listed in the hero section should be consistent with the initial admin user to which the admin portal tenant was assigned. Below that on the left, you'll see the total number of subscriptions the current user has access to, when the user was first created, and some basic contact information.

On the right, you can see overall subscription details for the organization, including available and consumed licenses, invite code, and subscription expiration. Below that, the current user can choose how they want to receive alerts when they are triggered (email, text, phone, or dashboard notification) as well as what sound to play on the dashboard screen when an alert is triggered.

The user can also change their password via the menu on the right hand side below the hero section.
