An overview of the information on the POM Users tab in the admin software
POM admin software users with Admin or Team Leader permissions have access to the POM Users tab in the POM admin software. Admins will be able to see all users whereas Team Leaders will only be able to see POM users assigned to their team.
This tab lists all the users who have downloaded the POM Safe mobile app and paired their device. Using the options on the the right hand side, you can download the user list or filter it by user name or phone number. By clicking on a user, you can either get more details or remove that user from your subscription.
User details include information they have provided in the POM Safe mobile application as well as their last location.
Removing a user from subscription will disable their access to the POM Safe mobile application and remove their device registration.
