I hope this email finds you well. We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you – POM Safe is making a significant move to a new and improved software platform.
This transition comes with a host of benefits that we believe will enhance your experience with our products/services. Here's what you can look forward to:
- Enhanced appointment auto-sync
- NEW: Crowdsourced Safety Reporting (360 Safety Network)
- Additional One-Hold configuration options
The best part? This exciting upgrade comes at no additional cost to you. We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience, and we believe this move to a new software platform is a significant step in that direction.
We have worked to make the transition as smooth as possible.
For your admins, it’s as simple as logging in to a different URL, and for your users, they will be deleting their old app and installing a new one. We are working on resources for you to help communicate this change to your admins and users. POM can also text the users in the old application who have subscribed for additional reminders.
Your CSM will be reaching out to you directly over the next week or so to discuss next steps and answer any questions you may have.
