I'm trying to pair my POM Mobile but the app just says "Searching". What's wrong?

Troubleshooting issues while pairing

If you get stuck on the screen in the process of pairing on the "Searching" screen (fourth step outlined below), it may be because your POM Mobile was already powered on during the initial pairing sequence.

To solve this problem, back out of the pairing process using the arrow on the top left to the first screen and power off your POM Mobile. Then proceed to the second screen and power on your device. This should then allow you to complete the pairing process.
