What to do if you can't trigger an alert on your POM Mobile
When you initiate the triple click, confirm the device vibrates and the LED turns green. If the device is in a low signal coverage area and fails to connect the call, an error tone will sound indicating an error attempting call.
The device data signal will continue to be sent even when the call fails so the emergency dispatcher still knows to reach out. A dispatcher will return a call to your device if the connection can be established. If not, they will attempt a call back to your mobile phone, and if they can't reach you there, they will send emergency services to your location. You may also retry the triple click when hearing the error tone to re-initiate an alert.
