An overview of the information on the Devices tab in the admin software
POM admin software users with Admin or Team Leader permissions have access to the Devices tab in the POM admin software. Admins will be able to see all devices whereas Team Leaders will only be able to see devices assigned to users on their team.
This tab lists all the devices assigned to an organization/university subscription. Using the options on the the right hand side, you can download the device list or filter it by device name or serial number. By clicking on a device, you can either get more details or remove that device from your subscription.
Device details include specific hardware information as well as user information provided in the POM Safe mobile application as well as their device's last location.
Removing a device from subscription will allow you to reassign that device to another user.
