"Alerts" Tab in Admin Software

An overview of the information on the Alerts tab in the admin software

Admins and Team Leaders can use the Alerts tab to see all alerts triggered by users from their POM devices or the POM Safe app. The Alerts tab includes not only dispatch alerts, but also one hold events including fake calls.

Using the options on the the right hand side, you can download the alert list or filter it by the user that initiated the alert or by alert status. Clicking on an alert will provide more information. For an emergency alert, you will receive a timeline of resolution and a transcript of the conversation with emergency services. Other alerts don't include this information.
